I had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—just a short walking distance from the metro station, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day. A special thanks to the caretaker, Mr. Rabi, who was extremely cooperative and always ready to help. He is a very polite and friendly person, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!💐💐

My son's words - "Home away from home". Bolt was his favourite host out of the 3. Shubh and Saptorshi were very helpful, kind and my son said they treated him like a younger brother. Will recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kolkata. For my son, if it's Kolkata, it's mimo's bnb. He had an interview the next day but Bolt, Shubh and Saptorshi's company didn't let the pressure get to him. Saptorshi, he has complimented your guitar skills a lot. It's time you go live! Super excellent experience. We really felt like we are at home. Place was very clean, homely & accessible. Breakfast was very delicious. Enjoyed the conversation with Uncle & Aunty. Definitely we would like to visit again. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, and the room layout is very comfortable. Despite my late check-in, the process was seamless and hassle-free. The room features Victorian colonial-style vintage furniture, which is beautifully arranged, creating a harmonious atmosphere. The mattress was also very comfortable. Additionally, the marble flooring in the bathroom left a lasting impression. The accommodation is conveniently situated near numerous excellent restaurants, and major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay. If I visit Kolkata again, I will definitely choose this place once more.

A simple, conveniently located home with amazing hosts. You get what you see in the photographs. It is a clean, no-frills homestay in a safe neighbourhood. It is centrally located with easy access to all forms of public transport. Mandira and Basav are super welcoming and always around if you need anything. I would love to visit them again!

Poonam and Mehul airbnb is in a great location at Ballygaunge. Airy, spacious and well equipped with amenities. Breakfast is included in the package and a well functioning kitchen is there, The only thing that could be improved is that the caretakers should proactively share about the facilities/ amenities . Additionally one smalll request would be that if they can provide table and chair in the room- would be really helpful for people preferring to work from there. All in all, it is a great place and worth the price. Highly recommend it.

I stay in Anita’s house for a month and I feel like it’s my home in Kolkata,Anita will make sure everything is as you prefer and helpful. house itself is convenient to the major place in Kolkata and lots of good restaurants nearby,clean and tidy all the time,breakfast prepared everyday. I would like to stay for more when next time in Kolkata.

I stayed for several weeks and had a wonderful time. The traditional neighborhood is very interesting and fun to explore. Lots of narrow lanes full of activity. During puja season, it's right in the heart of the celebrations. Main roads with restaurants are also right nearby, and it's easy to get to other parts of the city. The guesthouse, like the neighborhood, has a lot of history and character. It's been tastefully renovated with lots of color and artistry and little touches here and there. The common areas, especially the rooftop garden terrace, are very inviting and a great place to relax or chat with other guests. This particular room, while not fancy, is very comfortable. I've especially enjoyed taking in the view from the big window at different times of day. Worth mentioning that you do hear street noise, and the mattress is firm (I was fine with both things, just good to know). Bhubanbari has been a welcoming oasis in the heart of an interesting, historic part of Kolkata.

Highly recommended. The location is right next to park street with all the iconic restaurants and key tourist spots being ten minutes away. Mehul was a great host and the stay was also very comfortable and flexible. Will definitely stay here next time.
