Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The tiny home is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

V okolí se nachází plno krásných cest pro pěší i cyklisty.
