Everything calls a fairy tale to mind ... In this house only by closing your eyes, will you not be able to see the sea, but you can still hear it...its feeling is unavoidable... You wake up with the seagulls and you fill your soul with the picture of the sunrise at the Messenian gulf...Like a fairytale!

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Summer Garden Studio - Greek village location

A charming self-contained, detached studio, complete with private walled garden, in the narrow streets of the traditional village of Charakopio, near Koroni. The perfect location for a couple, or a single traveler, looking for a relaxing break in the heart of an authentic Greek village. Only a short stroll to the bakery, several cafes, general stores, tavernas and bus stop. It's a 10 minute drive/25 minute walk to the closest beach and only 4.5km from Koroni.

OASIS House

A renovated house in the modern-vintage style. This mixture of the traditional and the fresh element is yet complimented by the view. Vineyards, olive trees and the tropical plantation create a most euphoric scenery, suitable for relaxing vacation. It is a 75 m² cozy house, devided in two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room space and a bathroom. Each space is sunny and breezy, providing accomodation with all the amenities for up to 5 guests.

Villa Penelope

An area of olives, oranges, banana trees ,roses, Villa Penelope is the ideal place for relaxation. The house is 110 sq.m suitable for families and for a group of friends. The front balcony offers an amassing view to the sea enjoying the sunrise and on the back balcony you can relax in the verdant scene. The beach is 170 meters away . The village of Koroni and Charakopio, where you can find shops and restaurants is 5 minutes by car.

Aeraki Stone House with infinity pool

Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.

"Kompoy" Estate Self-contained studio in nature

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a two-storey holiday home,in the center of a 12 acre estate with olive trees and vineyards, just 1.5 km from the famous Peroulia beach. It consists of an open plan kitchen-bedroom and an outdoor bathroom, right next to the entrance of the accommodation. It has a terrace and an outdoor shared shower in the area of the estate, as well as comfortable parking.
