Idyllic little "Sørland house", sheltered outdoor area and wide view of the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location, high up on the riverbank in old Hokksund. (Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly zone, blue zone, by the birch with direct access to the river from the house). Walking distance to Hokksund city centre. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 and 1.40). Very quiet/charming neighbourhood. Parking on the property. Bed linen/towels must be brought, and laundry must be done by the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside. Allergy sufferers must be aware of this.

High standard Cabin close to Norefjell.

Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage area with a short distance to Norefjell ski resort. Hiking and skiing trails in the immediate vicinity. The nearest village is Noresund. There you will find shops and a gas station. 1st floor contains hallway, storage room, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bed, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + a small living room with a seating area. There is also a day bed. Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Cozy studio apartment with parking in a downtown neighbourhood

A sophisticated small accommodation with a central location and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It takes 1.7 km (about 23 minutes) to walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

Incl. electricity, internet and is otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking in private courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the University of Southeast Norway at Drammen campus (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is located in a quiet and nice residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Stabbur/mini house/cabin 15 min from Drammen city center

Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.

Eikeren Lakeside Cabin

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Her er alt man ønsker seg av butikker, restauranter og utesteder i umiddelbar nærhet samt flotte turmuligheter. Leiligheten ligger i første etasje med en gratis parkeringsplass i bakgården. 60 m2; stue, kjøkken, to soverom m/dobbeltseng 150 cm, gang, entre, bad med vaskemaskin/tørketrommel og bod. Babyseng er tilgjengelig mot forespørsel. Elbil-lader tilgjengelig mot betaling, kr. 2,- pr. kwh.

Sjarmerende liten hytte med gode solforhold og nærhet til skjermet strand. Flott utsikt. Buss direkte til Drammen sentrum tar 15 minutter. Busstoppet ligger 2 minutter gange fra hytta. Gratis parkering- 2 plasser, 1 plass i carport. Uteplass, solfylt og koselig liten hage. Rolig og fredlig sted. Det er bratt bakke opp til huset. Om vinteren kan det være glatt. Det er grus og måkeredskaper tilgjengelig.
