The area offers beautiful pine forests and miles of hiking trails. Feel the pulse rise in the uphill slopes - or slow down and just let your thoughts wander with the fire in the fireplace on the terrace.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Stabbur/mini house/cabin 15 min from Drammen city center

Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.

Cozy guesthouse on the edge of the forest

The guest house is located in idyllic green surroundings at Konnerud in Drammen. Here you will find hiking and ski trails just outside the door. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 and in the living room a double sofa bed. The unit has a small kitchenette with a fridge, stove and kettle, as well as cups and dishes for 4 people. In the bathroom there is floor heating, shower and toilet. Our cat, Taco, likes to be in the guest house. You decide whether you want the cat to visit or whether the cat door should be closed.

Here you have everything you want of shops, restaurants and nightlife in the immediate vicinity and great hiking opportunities. The apartment is located on the first floor, and a parking space in the backyard is included. 60 m2; living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed 150 cm, hallway, entrance, bathroom with washing machine/dryer and storage room. Electric charger available for a fee.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
