Great place to stay. The host is very attentive and hospitable, check-in was easy. The property itself is very close to the sea, near the house there are at least three places with good reviews: crepe cafes, pide and lahmajun and pizza cafe. Shops and necessary stops are also nearby. The place is clean, spacious, bright, there is a balcony where it is convenient to dry things, modern renovation and looks stylish. I was very impressed with the availability of details that make the stay so comfortable: there is really everything for life. Washing powder, iron, hair dryer, washing basin, washing machine, clothespins for drying laundry, etc. Separately, I want to say about the kitchen - it turned out there is an oven! A variety of beautiful dishes and cooking containers, even garlic and vegetable cleaner, napkins, cloths, hot coasters, and all so cute. We made delicious breakfasts in this kitchen, thank you very much. Quiet and peaceful, it was very great to live here. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Gürcan is a friendly, hospitable and helpful host. We arrived late at night, and she came out ot to find us. We were travelling with kids, and she provided us with step stool and kids chair that she probably bought especially for us, because they were spotless. Everything was clean. Armchairs and sofa are new. Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Good and safe place to leave with kids: ground floor, terrace, safe windows (windows are at the ground level) electric oven. Unfortunately no window in the smaller room, but is very well illuminated with electric lights. Peaceful location, surrounded by villas and small hotels, but the bus stop is in 3 minutes. Sea is in 7 minutes, convenient to reach with kids stroller. Great views from the roof as an extra bonus ;)

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

We did not have any problems except for the lack of a few kitchen utensils. It was up to us that it had a garden floor and a balcony. The house has recently been dealt with, the items are new and working smoothly. Great location, only 7-8 minutes walking distance to Konyaaltı coast.

Cozy and cost-effective place to stay!

The apartment is located in a good area, which has a lot to offer: the beach is only a 5-minute walk past a beautiful city park with playgrounds, a bus stop is 2 minutes away, there are many restaurants with a variety of cuisine within walking distance, but at the same time the house is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself is clean and bright, perfect for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. This is a wonderful option for a family with a child. Stayed here a couple of times, not disappointed!

i would like to thank Ms. İlke for opening her home to us. I felt comfortable like in my own home. I stayed here for the second time and never regretted it, it is my first choice for another stay. I did not have any problems and always responds to Ms. Ilke as soon as possible, thank you very much.

Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.

Finding a pet-friendly host was a difficult process. Thanks to Seda hn, she was very helpful in the process. Anyone who wants to vacation with their pets can vacation here with peace of mind

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Antalya! The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had.

This apartment is extremely spacious, convenient and well-located. Host is as responsive as you can only imagine, my messages and additional requests were handled within 10 min, which is amazing! Neighborhood is quite and has a lot of shops and restaurants. I do recommend this place!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Very well located, close to the beach. Kitchen not very functional but it's very easy to feed nearby: lots of inexpensive restaurants.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

Very good hospitality, great reactivity, good tips, warm family. Beautiful view. In less than 5 minutes by car to the climbing rocks. Accommodation perfect for 2 to 3 people, four also possible (we were 4): the sofa bed is okay for 2 teenagers. Highly recommend this place.
