The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

The village of Glemmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km south. The shipbuilding Ale stones is barely a mile away and Sandhammaren with its sand dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
