Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

It is located on the ground floor,has a large courtyard with flowers,vegetables and fruitful trees, accessible to everyone.Tavern and parking are available at 20 meters.There is also a baby cot in case of babyhospitality.For breakfast homemade cookies,eggs,tea and honey are offered in our place. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture.
