Monthly Rentals in Koregaon Park

We loved our stay at Silvester’s! The neighborhood is great and walking to the Osho ashram every day was a breeze and very enjoyable. The place has everything you could need and Silvester was always responsive and helpful. A little slice of heaven in Pune!

Worth the money spent

Great place to stay in Koregaon park, extremely clean, big rooms and bathrooms, the parking in the compound is a huge plus. the kitchen and dining area is on the terrace, which becomes cumbersome in the summer, but is a delight in the evenings. we didnt use the jacuzzi, but that was spotless too. Overall good experience, highly recommended.

Great place, felt just like home and had the essential amenities. Close to local transport and metro and just the perfect place to rest for the weekend. Great host and wonderful place!!! Will definitely stay again!
