Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Ava and Meliana were very kind and wonderful hosts! She was always quick to respond to a text or message. She was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious with incredible views all around. Simply stunning with a perfect layout. The bedrooms, kitchen, patios, etc were all exactly as described and even better than pictured. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and it has the best view of the city. It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and very close to some local restaurants and supermarkets Mmm Migros is only 3 km away Ali was very nice and responded quickly to all our needs I will be happy to come back to such a beautiful place

It was a perfectly nice experience. House is more than the photos. It has a unique style , very large, ellegant furnitures and fabulous view which you can watch the Argean sea and the ships from the windy garden . It is very suitable for big families. There are all details at home . Alex was a very kind and interested host. Higgşy reccomended.

Our contact person Kallia helped us a lot in the preparations and during our stay. The villa was lovely to stay. The pool clean and the garden well maintained. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen to cook and make nice coffee. With an e-bike you are in Kos city in 10 minutes, otherwise I would recommend renting a scooter or car. The only small point is that we did not expect the number of bedrooms to be adjusted to our number, a number of bedrooms were closed. That was not clear when booking, because of this people who only wanted to sleep in a bedroom could not do that. All with all, an all great stay!

Serdar's property is like home from home. The location is great for the town and shops and restaurants. Serdar made us feel very welcome and the kitchen is very well equipped, with tea and coffee available on arrival, and he and his wife made us feel at home in the town. We were staying on our boat in the Marina, and we needed some extra space for family, including a baby. The location is a level walk of a few minutes to the Marina. I highly recommend this accommodation, and would use again when in the area. The house is heated ( we were there in February during a cool sunny spell), and has Aircon for the hot months. Local cafés and restaurants and bakers are brilliant. Good food shops with plenty of choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria! For us the location was great. Right next to and with easy access to the sea and beach and Telendos ferries. Wonderful view of the sea and sunsets. Within easy walk to many fine restaurants and shopping. We used scooters to get to climbing and exploring or walked 3-5 min to get to Telendos ferries. The accommodation was very good. Clean and comfortable and in very good condition. For part of our visit, we had a fifth person who slept on the sofa bed. We were able to cook a few dinners and breakfasts but very good food at the restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed watching the boats coming and going from the pier nearby. Either watching from inside or outside. A market with just about everything was just a few minutes walk away. The hosts Andreas, Marialena, and Stella were very accommodating and helpful. If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Beautiful villa the owners were fantastic they went above and beyond my dad forgot his medication and they went out of the way to get him an alternative and drop it off for him. They were fantastic from start to finish. Next time I will book direct with them.

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

This is the perfect house for a large group or family. Firstly, the house is incredibly spacious, which means even if you’re with a large group or family, you can be guaranteed a good nights sleep! Also, of all the villas / hotels I’ve stayed in, this has got to be the most convenient. You have the tranquility of a peaceful, rural location with stunning views, yet at the same time, the beach and Tigaki (which is a really cool little town with amazing restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops) are all within 10 minutes walking distance. It’s also handy for the bus to Kos. Just a great house and location. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!
