The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The natural trunk house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with Hollywood swing and direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house you can reach the back water of the island of Usedom. We rent the house without bed linens and towels. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
