At the same time, you are only about 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living/dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

The apartment Madeleine is located in close proximity to the sea in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. A short walk through the town with its cafes, restaurants and shops takes you directly to the wide, white sandy beach with the beautiful pier. From there you have wonderful hiking routes along the steep coast, bike paths for day trips and the famous salt huts. The apartment is 65 m² in size, fully equipped, with a balcony for breakfast, sunbathing and relaxation.

Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

The Rosalie vacation home is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden property of about 500 sqm. People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.
