Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kota Kinabalu

I don't have to worry about not being able to find it because the host meets when checking in and out. And I requested an early check-in, and I was so grateful that you were willing to let me. The cleaning condition is good, and there is an induction stove/washing machine/various cooking utensils. The television also comes out with Korean broadcasts and Neplix, so it's very comfortable. It's Wi-Fi, and I prepared a travel adapter, but it's already there, so you can use the things I took from Korea comfortably. I had a comfortable stay without lacking anything.

High value accommodation at a good price, Simeon was in contact with us throughout the stay. At check-in, he was waiting for us at the front desk, explaining everything. He was very kind and helpful. The amenities of the place were perfect, everything was functional. The washer dryer is very useful. We also visited the pool on the 6th floor, the water was clean and the atmosphere by the pool was very nice. Location is within walking distance to markets, shopping center, and especially to the harbor. We will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

The listing matched the photos Almost all nearby restaurants and shopping malls were walkable ~ ~ I had to check in at 3 am because my flight was delayed on the first day, but he kindly waited until dawn. When I checked in on the first day, I saw a very small bar teacher, but I didn't see it the whole time.. The bathroom shower was a little short, so it was a little uncomfortable to wash, but the hot water worked well and it was okay. The small refrigerator smells a little... but when I wiped it down with a wipe, it got a little better (I think the person who stayed there before put durian in it). The pool was spacious, and I think the elevator came faster than I saw in the review. I stayed well for 4 nights.. I could feel the attention to detail such as extra towels, vacuum cleaner adapters, liquid mosquito repellent, extra garbage bags, umbrellas, market baskets, etc. I'm willing to visit again next time ~ ~

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

The bungalow was big and location is strategic to town and some other good restaurants. Just feel like at home. All amenities are well provided. Overall experience was good only downside is the water pressure is too low for shower. Host was responsive and helpful in many ways.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

Recommended for a stay like a local in Kota Kinabalu! Comfortable for a family of 4 with enough room to spread out in the spacious living/kitchen/dining. The location is near enough the city centre (on the port/jetty side of town) but also acccessible to where the locals shop and hang out (Likas/Damai/Luyang) - perfect for KK returnees back for family. Decently appointed kitchen - including an oven (rare in KK) - so I was able to do some baking while we were in KK for the holidays. The apartment is above a really good a supermarket (City Gourmet) and excellent restaurant (Limau & Linen) - worth a look in!
