The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Cozy and affordable near the Ruukkila area

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.

This small apartment is located in the center of Kotka, but on the top 6th floor along a quiet side street. The apartment is on the courtyard side. The window overlooks the sea. There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
