Monthly Rentals in Kotlenice

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Katarina is absolutely an extremely responsive host. She values your presence and makes you feel that she is present to support your "wellness -health-escape from the grind- experience"! Her location is not only absolutely beautiful, it is remarkable! Katarina and her team- husband and daughter are likewise supportive of making your stay memorable, relaxing, and unforgettable. Guests, Katarina, and her team were social and respectful, while simultaneously cognoscente of your privacy.. I will return!!

Julijana is a very friendly host. She went out of her way to accommodate us; driving between her son’s birthday party and his football training the next day. The one bed apartment is peaceful and we were happy to have our own car to get around Split. This was a perfect apartment for a short stay over near Split as we continued to make our way from Dubrovnik toward Zadar. Thank you Julijana for your hospitality, positivity and warmth shown to us.

Staying with Ivana was excellent. I can't think of anything that would have made it more beautiful. Particularly noteworthy were the beautiful views, as well as the homemade treats. The olive oil was particularly tasty. I was also very happy about the cat visit. If I come to Split again, I will book this place again. :)
