The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Join friends and family at this great place with plenty of room for fun and entertainment. Discover the unique architectural landscape of the surrounding houses. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with many play possibilities. On request, the sauna can be used under the sun terrace. For celebrations as well as creative classes, you can also rent the studio barn. The house rental includes 5 bedrooms for 5 people, each additional guest can come for €15/n.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our holiday apartment is located in a rural area. It is a self-contained apartment in our house with a separate entrance. Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. The area is well suited for hiking and biking. We hosts are happy to help you.

3 locked and fully equipped apartments can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for family celebrations, company trips, workshops or retreats. The meeting room on the 1st floor can be used as a shared meeting or dining room. The clock and the tower room invite you to relax or paint. A children's playground and tea pavilion are waiting for you in the park. On request, we also organize (result) events, e.g. concerts and readings.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
