Alles super, schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Der einzig zu bemerkende Punkt ist, dass es sich um ein Haus mit ausschließlich AirBnB Wohnungen handelt, was in dem politisch aktiven Viertel nicht super gerne gesehen ist, da sich die Locals durch Gentrifizierung und steigende Mieten verdrängt fühlen.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Spectacular view of the Acropolis/Parthenon. I would definitely stay again. Haidi was a pleasure, always responding quickly to any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Read some reviews and cannot understand why some people scored Marinas apartment less than 5. the apartment is in a very good location, only 10 mins walk from main square. so many restaurants nearby and the Carrefour 2 doors down is handy. the apartment is clean, very comfortable and the balcony was great for the 5 of us to eat breakfast and relax on after sightseeing. Marina was very accommodating and helpful and if ever back in Athens I would definately look to booking this apartment again. really good for family's up to 6 people.

Great option

Vi (familj med två tonårsbarn) bodde i Marialenas lägenhet under en vecka i slutet av oktober. Lägenheten var i toppskick och den stora takterassen var fantastisk! Riktigt trevligt att kunna starta och avsluta dagen där. I närheten av lägenheten finns ett stort utbud av trevliga restauranger, caféer, matbutiker mm. Plaka, Akropolis och andra delar av centrala Aten når man också till fots.

התארחתי בדירה והחוויה הייתה נהדרת! הדירה הייתה בדיוק כפי שתוארה – נקייה מאוד, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, ונעימה לשהייה. המיקום היה מצוין – קרוב למסעדות, תחבורה ציבורית ואתרים מרכזיים, אבל עדיין שקט מספיק כדי לנוח אחרי יום עמוס. המארח היו זמין, אדיב ונתן לי המלצות מצוינות על מקומות בעיר. ממליץ בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום נוח, מסודר ובאווירה ביתית באתונה! I stayed at this apartment in Athens and had a wonderful experience! The place was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location was excellent – close to restaurants, public transportation, and walkable to the major attractions, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day. I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Apartment was spacious, modern and with very nice artistic touch throughout which made it cosy and pleasant. Place was well prepared for our arrival clean and warm with Christmas accessories added and Greek traditional cake waiting for us. All together we felt welcomed and had very nice comfortable stay in the apartment. Vasilis is a very good host, he provided us with all the info, also guide for local attractions, all very useful for someone visiting Athens for the first time. Communication with Vasilis was easy, any question we had was answered in matter of minutes.

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Aufteilung und hatte für uns die perfekte Lage. Es ist schön modern eingerichtet und ich konnte auch problemlos noch einen Tag im Homeoffice dort verbringen. Vasiliki war stets erreichbar und hatte im Vorhinein schon tolle Tips für uns parat. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Séjour très agréable dans un logement propre et pas loin du centre d'Athènes. Beaucoup de restos aux alentours dans le quartier vif. Autre point fort: Exarcheia est à côté.

Εύκολη πρόσβαση, εύκολο παρκάρισμα, καθάρος χώρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα έκαναν την διαμονή μας άνετη με ένα πολύ εξυπηρετικό ιδιοκτήτη.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Πολύ άνετο καλαίσθητο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι! Αν και είχαμε μια σύντομη διαμονή νιώσαμε αμέσως την θαλπωρή και την γαλήνη αυτής της οικίας. Η οικοδέσποινα μας η Ειρήνη ήταν πολύ βοηθητική και άμεση στις απαντήσεις της. .Η κόρη μας ξετρελάθηκε με το κρεβάτι σπιτάκι, τα τόσα πολλά παιχνίδια και με την κούνια στην αυλή. Εντυπωσιακές είναι και οι παροχές του σπιτιού καθώς υπάρχει κάθε τι και με το παραπάνω που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά την διαμονή του. Πράγματα που δεν θα μπορούσαμε ποτέ να φανταστούμε κυρίως στις παροχές για οικογένειες όπως, ενδοεπικοινωνια, καρεκλάκι φαγητού, βρεφικό μπανακι και πολλά άλλα. Η μεγαλύτερη όμως έκπληξη ήταν ο προτζέκτορας στο living room! Χαλαρώσαμε βλέποντας μια ταινία το βραδάκι, ήταν το τέλειο κλείσιμο της ημέρας μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία σας, ελπίζουμε σύντομα να βρούμε την ευκαιρία να ξανά μείνουμε στο όμορφο σπίτι σας! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

The house is very tidy, and we are also provided with airport drop-off service. I highly recommend it!

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.
