A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. A földszinten egy egyszemélyes kanapé, az emeleten franciaágy és egy kényelmes, kétszemélyes kanapéágy vár Benneteket. Kérésére babaágyat és további kiegészítőket is biztosítunk.

Apartmanunkhoz felszerelt konyha, fürdőszoba, TV, terasz és kert tartozik. Lehetőség van grillezésre, bográcsozásra is. In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

The SAZÜ guesthouse is recommended for those who want to slow down from the rush of everyday life to the simplicity of the moment and enjoy the sun, the soft breeze and the birdsong. The whole house and the surrounding winery are solar-powered. We are offering two beautiful buildings, with 5bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and two private terraces in a 6,000 m2 rural garden with fruit and nut trees, rose and grape pergolas with amazing view of the Balaton, 15 minutes on foot from the lake on top of a mountain.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
