A place to stay with pleasure when you come to Dalyan. Everything was just like in the photos and descriptions. As a guest, every question we had was answered quickly. There was also support for early check-in. A place we won't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

The house we stayed in was clean and tidy. Mr. Baris immediately found a solution for the issues we needed. This approach to Mr. Baris was already reassuring. It was on a quiet street and the car park was no problem. The only thing that bothered us was there was a smell from the bathroom. As long as we kept the door closed, it was fine. I would recommend it to those who want to stay in the area.

Villa is fantastic. You feel comfortable right away. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

We are just back from a family holiday in Dalyan and enjoyed an excellent stay at the villa with Engin as our host. The villa felt brand new and provided excellent facilities for the whole family, with the pool being a favourite with us all and particularly the kids! The only thing missing for us were some basic kitchen bits like dish clothes, tea towels and washing up liquid which you don’t want to have to buy for a weeks stay. The villa is centrally located in Dalyan so you are in the heart of a buzzing town, however the villa still manages to feel private (the sound proofing of the villa is very good). It’s location means that you are never more than a short walk (and often a lovely boat trip!) from your next adventure! It is a really beautiful part of Turkey with stunning scenery and plenty of day trips to be enjoyed. Engin was a very responsive host and generous with his time, going over and above on several occasions to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Candir at Nazli's house. It is conveniently located near Dalyan while being quiet. To get there by car we took a small ferry to make the crossing. It's very nice. The house is spacious and clean. The setting and the terrace are really nice. Nazli gave us all the necessary information to have a good stay at her place. I didn't meet her because it was her mother whose place is next door who welcomed us. Her kindness and generosity only made our stay even better. Full of attention and always smiling, she gave us very good advice and we thank her very much for that. I highly recommend this lovely place for your vacation in this beautiful area.

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

Everything was very nice and we want to come back…

It is the right choice for those who want to relax in a quiet and calm environment. 6 people can easily stay. Every need has been considered, including free Wi-Fi access. Bakeries, markets, restaurants located in the village and around 3 km are very nice and more economical compared to Akyaka and Marmaris. The pool was cleaned regularly every morning. The host, Mr. Ali Kaan, immediately responded to all our questions. Finally, arriving by personal vehicle will save time due to the fact that the nearest point of entering the sea is 13 km away.
