This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

There is an XXL jacuzzi in our carefully prepared apartment. There are 2 58-inch (147ekran) smart TVs in the living room and the bed facing the jacuzzi. Our rooftop suite is designed with a living room, bed, jacuzzi and island kitchen interdependent. There is no room compartment, etc. We have a kitchen where you can cook and a fireplace where you can cook on our terrace with a glass balcony on the outside. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This villa is located on a hill in the nature amongst many trees and is overlooking the picturesque Gökova plain. Although it is isolated nicely it is very easy to reach. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds in the house. An additional bathroom is also available for common use.
