House vacation rentals in Köyceğiz

Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

Sessiz sakin huzurlu, fotoğraflardaki ile aynı. Ev temiz ve yeniydi. Selim bey saolsun her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Limon ağaçları da aşırı güzel.. Doğayla iç içe, dağlar manzaranız ve oksijen fazla olduğundan alışık olmayınca çarpabilir :) Çocuklarımız havuzda keyifle eğlendiler. Aşırı sıcak olmasına rağmen her odada klima avantajı vardı ama çocuklar hasta olmasın diye maalesef çok faydalanamadık. Genel anlamda güzeldi, teşekkürler ☺️

Öncelikle ev resimde göründüğü gibiydi. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir yerdi. Araba park yeri mevcut. Evin içinde gerekli mutfak malzemeleri de mevcuttu. (Bulaşık makinesi, tabak,bardak, tava vs). Barbekü alanı çok hoşumuza gitti oturma yeri masa her şey çok güzel düşünülmüş. Biz kasımda gitmeyi tercih ettik ısınması harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Giriş ve çıkışlarda ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. İlgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğiz.

Evin büyüklüğü, bahçesi , havuzu, mobilya ve dekorasyonu iyiydi. Her odada klima, banyo tuvaleti var. Mutfakta yeteri kadar ekipman var. Bahçesi geniş ve hoş peyzaja sahip. 5 gün boyunca keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Merkeze yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araç varsa o da önemli değil.

Villa son derece temiz güzel ve kullanışlı idi. İlandakilerden eksiği yok fazlası vardı. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde inşallah müsait olması durumunda bu villayı tercih edeceğim

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

lovely house in peaceful location, but only 10 minutes walk into Dalyan, plenty of room for the seven of us, and the kids loved playing in the large pool, would definitely stop again, we all had a great time

Genel olarak evden çok memnun kaldık. Ev tertemizdi. Evin ön bahçesinde oturmak çok keyifliydi, yemeklerimizi hep bahçede yedik. Aynı fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibiydi ev. Tek eksik diyecek olursam mangal yapmak istemiştik bahçenin dışında olduğu için mangal, çok rahat edemeyeceğimizi düşünüp yapmadık. Her yerde sineklik olmasına rağmen evin içine sinek girdi mutlaka ilaç alınmalı diye düşünüyorum. Onun haricinde bizim için çok keyifli bir tatildi. Eren beye teşekkür ederiz 🙏

İlk olarak temizlikten bahsedeyim. Evdeki hersey çok temizdir. Yataklar, yorganlar, battaniyeler, çarşafla, havlular evin genel temizliği çok titiz bir insanin bile memnun olacagi seviyede idi. Kendisi aşırı dost canlısı ve ilgiliydi. Sizin için detayları dahi düşünen bir karakterde ev sahibi. Evin peyzaj güzel, kullanım alanları çok geniş ve ferah. Havuz çok temizdi bu tarihte hava şartları kötü olduğu için 1 kere kullandık ama sürekli havuz temizliği yapıldı. Köyden doğal gezen tavuk yumurtası tereyağı gibi ihtiyaçlarımızı yerel halka götürerek tedarik etmemizi sağladı. Evin alt ve üst terasında geniş kullanım var temiz hava kuş cıvıltıları eşliğinde kahvaltımızı rahat rahat yaptık. isterseniz havuz başında bir oturma alanı daha var orada da yapabilirdik akşam mangal yemeğimizi orada yedik. Bahçesi çok güzel güllerle dolu içiniz açılıyor. Ev sahibi Solmaz Hanım Her türlü konuda tekne turu vs gibi tanıdıkları aracılığıyla gezilerinizi kolaylaştırıyor. Gönül rahatlığıyla gelinebili

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Candir dans la maison de Nazli . Il est idéalement situé près de Dalyan tout en étant au calme. Pour s’y rendre en voiture nous avons prie un petit ferry pour faire la traversée. C’est très sympathique. La maison est spacieuse et propre. La cadre et la terrasse sont vraiment appréciables. Nazli nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour dans son logement. Je ne l’ai pas rencontré car c’est sa mère dont le logement est voisin qui nous a accueilli. Sa gentillesse et sa générosité n’ont fait que rendre notre séjour encore meilleur. Pleine d’attention et toujours souriante elle nous a été de très bon conseil et nous l’en remercions beaucoup pour cela. Je recommande vivement ce bel endroit pour vos vacances dans cette magnifique région.

Villa Cozy is absolutely beautiful! Brand new, spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are really comfortable and all bedrooms have en-suites. The showers are amazing! The pool is just lovely and a great size. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas….there’s even an outdoor kitchen! The location is perfect. 10/15 mins walk to the centre but only a few minutes walk to the nearest shops and bars/restaurants. The host is super responsive and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this villa more. We will be booking again for next year.

We found this property very pleasant. It is located up in the hills, very quiet, no disturbances. 16 min drive to Dalyan. The place is remote but offers beautiful views. We stayed in one of the apartments located on the top floor. It was spacious and very clean. I am allergic but in this apartment I had no problems. Comfy beds and all needed for self catering.

Her şey çok iyi, ama telefon neredeyse çekmiyor ve wifi çok yetersiz. Güzel keyifli geçti gönül rahatlığıyla gidilebilir

İçeri girdiğimiz andan itibaren İbrahim Bey ve ailesi sıcakkanlı karşıladı, villa ile ilgili bilgilendirmeleri yapıp, evi teslim etti. Villa fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve geniş aile için kullanıma uygundur. Biz 6 kişi konaklama yaptık ve hiç sorun yaşamadık. Huzur dolu ve sakinliği bu köy içi villa konaklamanızda sonuna kadar hissediyorsunuz. Marketler eve çok yakın ve tüm ihtiyacınızı karşılayabiliyorsunuz. Kalabalık aile olarak geleceklere bu villa da konaklamayı tavsiye ederim.
