Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

50m2 new house with sea-view and evening sun! Idyll!

The guesthouse we rent out is 50 sqm. It is completely renovated and was completed in July 2020. As you can see from the pictures, you have a fantastic view of the water and sunset in the evening. Here you can enjoy yourself until late at night. There is little view and few neighbors in the immediate vicinity. There is a campsite next door. About 6 km to Kragerø city center. Close to the forest and close to the sea, here you get in bag and bag :-) Check out: 12 pm. Check-in: after 3 pm. We have a NO party policy. No animals allowed.

Summer house

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can cuddle up with a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for any person who likes to combine the sea and the city during the holidays. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are a short walking distance away. You just have to go 180 meters to buy a delicious softie. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and walk in the forest. At Krana you will have the swimming in the sea and rented kayak.

Cozy and peaceful accommodation. Central location with walking distance to Kragerø city center. Access to garden with great opportunities to spend time outside in the summer. There is a lot of space to barbecue and eat outside. The house is recently completely renovated, and appears as almost new inside. The house itself consists of kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, sleeping alcove and hallway, all on one level. The house has been upgraded to 2024 standards with a new electrical system and new bathroom and kitchen.

Large living room with dining area for 10. 4 bedrooms. 2 with double bed. One in the annex. 1 room with two singles. 1 chamber with a single bed. In addition, there are two good mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. There is the possibility of free parking outside the house but this cannot be guaranteed as it is open to everyone.

Sleeps 8 on 2 floors: 180cm +2x80cmin 3 floors and 150cm +2x80cmin 1 floor, walk-through in two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.

The house is open and bright with large patio with porch and garden. Good sun conditions and amazing sunrises.

The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned.
