Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

The residence is located in cozy Nes/Tangen with immediate proximity to great hiking trails, the sea and popular beaches. Norway's smallest ferry route, Ole3, goes right next door and takes you in summer for free over to Husøy and on to Nøtterøy. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with two single beds. Bus stop approx. 100 m away to Tønsberg city center (6 km) and several grocery stores nearby.

Egdehall er en nydelig plass som passer perfekt for store grupper. Storkjøkken, spisesal, storstue, Baderom på gangen, 18 soverom og 35 senger. 400 meter til Gjerstad togstasjon (Sørlandsbanen) 2, 5 timer med bil fra Oslo og 1,5 time fra Kristiansand. Det er ikke dusj/bad på rommene, men på gangen. Standard er god.
