Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

Forest cottage in Starnberg, Munich

Sleep is the new luxury. Waking up to the tranquillity of nature, surrounded by the fresh scent of the forest, is a privilege enjoyed by few. Here, you will find a place where the silence of the forest is broken only by the sounds of nature, the dancing of leaves in the wind, and the chirping of birds. In the morning, the fire crackles and the kettle steams on the wood-burning stove. After breakfast, the forest peeks in through the window, inviting you to go for lovely walks.

The apartment borders the property with a nearby forest and river for relaxing walks. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and modernly equipped. Espresso machine and WiFi are freely available to guests. The new box spring bed lets you sleep like a dream and the panoramic window offers a wonderful view of the garden.

The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
