A spiral staircase leads to the cozy attic. Here are the living-sleeping area under slopes with TV and the integrated small kitchenette with oven and induction cooktop. For clothes, there is a chest of drawers upstairs and a small closet with hangers downstairs.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
