Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

The 2-room apartment is, however, somewhat elevated centrally in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The accommodation was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will satisfy even higher demands. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
