We stayed 2 nights and 3 days, it was very nice and pleasant! We were rested and had a wonderful stay. Recommended for everyone, hosts are super nice and helpful, teotz late arrival in the evening. Doris was a very lovely and accommodating host, communication was impeccable and with the key box it was very easy to get into the place. Doris also gave a good tips for excursions. I appreciated that dogs were very welcome. The place looks like the photos. Wifi was also available. The place is great to unwind and relax for a few days, the outdoor area is very nice. If I had another wish, it would be that the coffee maker and dishwasher work. Otherwise everything is great.

We spent a week in Reinbolden and enjoyed the tranquility and solitude very much. Johannes' house is very cozy thanks to personal details and larger than it looks in the photos. The kids enjoyed the board games available and our dog enjoyed the great walks right from the house. The dishwasher is a great bonus and the underfloor heating is a welcome addition to the tiled stove. We would like to come back in the warm season and use the terrace and table tennis table - unfortunately it was too cold for that at the beginning of February.

Great host. Great accomodation and a warm welcome by kindly family. What do you need more ? Well equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. Clean and comfortable for 4 guests. Excellent if you have childs. Excellent location well located near Horn and Retz and about 100 km from Wien. All you need at your "finger tips" including bikes, ping pong and beatiful landscapes. If you're looking for an unadulterated country experience, where you can still find all the comforts, then this Airbnb apartment is the perfect choice in the heart of Waldviertel! We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The apartment is fully equipped – the kitchen is beautiful and practical, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, the furniture is demanding, and every detail has been thought of. Clean, friendly, cozy. Our hosts, Szabine and Krisztián, were incredibly kind, flexible, and informative. We received lots of helpful advice even before we arrived, and they were always on hand to help on the spot. The neighborhood is stunning: we hiked in nature reserves, crossed the Czech-Austrian border over a picturesque bridge, visited a wonderful castle, and discovered cozy little towns that evoke the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. Although we are not in the classic Austrian mountains, the hilly countryside is very friendly and inclusive. I highly recommend this apartment and the neighborhood

We felt like home in the spaceous apartment. It was clean and cozy and easy to park with our car. Just a few things that need to be developed: -the coffee capsules were expired - there was no capsules for the dishwasher, the neighbour gave us some - it would be nice to have one more hook for the towels in the bathroom -some more basic kitchen things ( salt, pepper, oil, tea, sugar) would be useful We enjoyed our staying and also recommend it to others.

Beautiful location and very quiet. There was everything you need. Kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The stove creates a great atmosphere and there was enough wood as well as everything to light. Everything great!

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to host my sister when she visited me in Retz. The location is perfect, a quiet street just a stone’s throw away from the Hauptplatz… other sights such as the Dominican church and trails to the famous hill-top windmuhle are at your doorstep. The house is spotless, well-appointed and has a terrific garden area with a terrace and a beautiful view of the Retz town hall clock tower. Communication with Patrícia was great, she was always quick to reply and ready to help, everything went smoothly from the moment we booked. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

Perfect place to slow down, reflect, and relax. The natural garden and sauna contribute to the absolute well-being. The fireplace provides extra coziness in the evening. Hedi and Josef welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. A really nice house to enjoy :)
