Kremser accommodation in a quiet location with garden

There is a nice property in a quiet location about 2 km away from stone, art mile, Danube University and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can accommodate to max. 6 guests. The location in the Alauntal valley, surrounded by forest and stream, captivates with seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and a bad one in the garden. For athletes there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful cycling routes (wheel room available).

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

kremsoase: amazing view

The kremsoase is a family-run guesthouse in the middle of the old town since 2023. Below the Piarist Church and located directly on the World Heritage Trail, we offer three apartments with fantastic views of Krems, Stein and the Wachau. Amazing View is located on the upper floor, has a size of 85sqm and a great sun terrace with views. Sunny and bright, quiet - and yet absolutely central. Recommended for 4 adults or a family with up to three kids.

The warm host Lisi occupies the first floor and shares an entrance with the residential unit available for rent. The space is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. In consultation, there is the possibility to use garage parking in the yard.
