Large 125 m2 apartment with balcony on the first floor with its own staircase in a quiet location. Three separate bedrooms with two king-size and one queen-size double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.

This original troad box is 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here two people can enjoy the quiet country life. Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.

Near the Heiligen Brunnen [Holy Fountain] in Adlwang where washing the eyes with the radon-containing water is said to preserve or improve eyesight. The nearest town of Bad Hall is 5 minutes by car. Bad Hall is a well-known health resort.
