Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be easily reached by ski bus or a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" 12 minutes away. Parking space on request. Tourist tax per person/night is €3.

With it´s 4 beds, from which one can be assembled as a double or two single beds, the flat is perfect for different kind of travelers, families, couples or groups.

Studio One - Vacation home

With Studio One, we realized the apartment for single travelers in July 2020. The apartment is equipped with a bed (no extra beds!) Kitchenette, 2 induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. In Haus Kinspergher there are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
