Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. Studio apartment in a quiet street in the middle of the historical part of town in the middle of Kristiansand. Suitable for one or two persons + a child if you bring a travel cot or share bed.
