The apartment is located on the ground floor of our villa. The accommodation is close to nature between Åre and Östersund. Forest and lake within walking distance. To the mountains it takes about 45 minutes by car. The property is also close to Sankt Olofsleden for those who hike. Nälden is a community with a shop, library, pizzeria, trains and bus connections. A simple and comfortable home with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and living room. Parking is just outside the house. As the apartment is located on the sutterängplan, the bedrooms are cool all year round.

The apartment is perfect for overnight, relaxing, looking out over or walking along the Indalsälven river. In the garden there is outdoor furniture as well as charcoal grill and bath bath chairs are available to borrow. At the village camping you can swim, play mini golf and rent a canoe.
