The rice pits in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fireplace, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is just outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains around. Stunning views out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city centre. Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

Villa i familjevänliga Sånghusvallen, strax utanför Östersund. Här finns sovplats för 4-5 personer med plats för fler. Med fotbollsmål, otaliga fotbollar, studsmatta och spabad på den rymliga altanen finns det något att göra för de flesta i familjen. I trädgården hittar man också färska kryddor, jordgubbar, smultron och annat smått och gott sommartid. Vi flyttade in sent 2020 varför vi törs påstå att boendet motsvarar de allra flesta förväntningar man kan ha på ett nybyggt hus.
