Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Cabin of 20 sqm with 4 beds and a magical view of the lake. Approximately 150 meters to the lake with a shared swimming area. There are 4 spring beds, dining area with chairs and sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small toilet but shower, toilet and sink are also in a separate cottage next door. We provide free bed linens and bath towels if you need them. The cottage should be left cleaned in the condition it was in when you arrived. Parking at the cottage. 10 km from Skellefteå and 2.3 km from the airport.

In the house there is also a sofa bed which sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Loft with 4 beds, one floor up. For groups of 5 or more, you will have access to our other cottage, Älgen. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. Kitchenette, enclosed patio. Service building with dry toilet and shower. Outdoor dishwashing facilities Cozy deck in 2 directions. Lake view. Secluded location.

Koppla av och njut av den svenska naturen och denna fullutrustade relax i detta fridfulla boende beläget i natursköna medle, 20 minuter från Skellefteå C. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter med tv, matplats, kök (kokvrå), badrum och egen bastu. Räcker inte det så finns det en vedeldad bastu och utomhusdusch på gården som går att låna kostnadsfritt. Fina skogsstigar direkt från stugan tar dig längst älvkvanten till badplats, motionsspår, lekpark, fotbollsplan och tennisplan.

Bara 10 minuter från Skellefteå ligger vår gäststuga som är ljus, luftig och inbjudande! Hund är välkommen men inte katt p g a allergi. Stugan har stora fönster mot horisonten och är inredd med det man behöver. Smart TV och bra bredband. Här sover du i en bäddsoffa som är 140 cm bred, på en tjock resårmadrass. Från den har du också utsikt mot havet. Önskas ett separat sovrum så fråga! Ibland, men inte alltid är det ledigt. Det ligger vägg i vägg med en säng 160 cm bred.

En helrenoverad villa (2023) med hög standard, fina och tysta rum. Passar företagare/familjer/kompisgäng , som uppskattar fint boende i en lugn o tyst omgivning. 10 minuter till city. Bra bussförbindelser. Golvvärme i hela huset och köket har dubbla vitvaror av allt. Fullutrustat stort kök o fullt möblerat. Hotellstandard på sänglinnen & handdukar. Basement apartment

Mindre källarlägenhet med ett litet pentry. Sängplatserna består av en enkelsäng (105 cm) samt en mindre bäddsoffa (105 cm). Observera att sängen är smal – ni kan absolut sova två i den om ni tycker om att ligga tätt, men annars finns bäddsoffan till hands! Sängkläder och handdukar finns på plats, och parkering hittar du på gatan precis utanför huset. Boendet ligger cirka 3 minuter med bil från E4. Till centrala stan är det ungefär 1,5 km.

Peace & Quiet Lodge

En mysig liten timmerstuga på 35 kvm, 150 meter från Skellefteåälven. Uteplats med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Grill mm. Stugan har el men saknar rinnande vatten. Vattendunkar ingår. Kyl/Frys, Spis & Micro finns. Elljusspår med fina promenadstråk just utanför dörren. Stugan ligger inbäddad i skogen med bara 1 mil till Skellefteå centrum. Utedass. Det finns ingen dusch. Lokalbussen går just utanför.
