Die Ferienwohnung Magdalene liegt im dritten Stock der sanierten Gründerzeitvilla in der Holtenauer Straße 100. Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.

Welcome to our cozy 2 1/2room appartment. The appartment is situated at the periphery of Kiel city with good public transportation options in front of the door which take you right to the center. In close proximity you find a lot of options to shop for groceries. A parking spot is right in front of the house, also in the back you have a small but comfy garden. The app. offers couples, business people, small families and single travelers everything they need to work, relax and linger.

Our apartment is located in the garden city of Kronshagen, directly adjacent to our beautiful state capital of Kiel. The apartment is very quietly located on a one-way street. From the apartment you can directly access a fenced small property with a playhouse for the little ones. Explore the beaches around Kiel, stroll through the city center or enjoy a coffee right at the Kiel harbor. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can plan a different excursion every day.

Kiel University Proximity | Bus & Parking at your doorstep

The apartment in Kiel-Kronshagen with proximity to the university allows a quick connection to all parts of Kiel. Bus and parking are almost outside the door. The bright apartment is practical, yet comfortably furnished and offers up to 2 people everything necessary for short stays. Please note that the apartment is located on a street and it can be more lively in the building and outside. It is therefore not suitable for guests looking for absolute silence.

Both the Kiel city center is 4 km away, the university and the Kiel Canal are 2 - 2.5 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by bike or public transport. Walking paths in the rural surroundings and a large park are at the doorstep.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.
