My place is a complete apartment in the cultivation of an EFH close to the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to pile, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoors space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. The two bedrooms mentioned are gable chambers (see photo).

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our apartment is located in the north of Lübeck, in the Schlutup district, near the Trave estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. Quiet, maritime furnished basement apartment in the settlement area with a view of the countryside, away from the large tourist castles. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, a good 10min to the original, popular Travemünde fishing port, and 10min by bike to the beautiful beach promenade. The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Cooking food is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. I'm sure you'll spend a great time at this cozy place.

Thomas Mann already walked past our house on our way to the pub! Stay in the middle of the old town of Lübeck in an old town house from the 16th century. Sights such as the Holstentor, the Lübeck churches, the Buddenbrookhaus or the famous marzipan factory Niederegger are just a stone's throw away.

Our beautiful newly renovated 40 sqm studio in Mediterranean style invites you to feel good. Up to 4 people can make themselves comfortable here. The couch offers an extended approx. 1.40 lying area. You are welcome to bring your dog, unfortunately our dog does not like our dog.
