We would like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest. It was a really enjoyable experience and we felt like we were in our own home. Sitting on the terrace was our favorite evening activity. Airbnb was also our first experience and we had the best one can have. The places Mr. Ali recommended were definitely very good, the location of the house was very nice, it was within walking distance of everywhere, we were definitely very satisfied, I hope we will come back to the moon🙏🏻🩷

It was an amazing experience, the attention and interest of Ms. Çağla is wonderful. There are all the things you need in the house, from the coffee maker to the tea maker.. to the detergent varieties.. even the zero kitchen cloth and sponge were ready for us. There was constant hot water, the house is in the village, the neighbors are very friendly, located in the middle of many points. I say do not return without drinking tea in the village coffee. Due to the fact that the house is wooden, there is a little noise downstairs, and if there was no wifi🤭, we would be miserable in the village. Thank you very much for everything, we spent 3 days in this wonderful view and we enjoyed it very much.

Great host, kind and thoughtful. The home was super clean and didn't miss anything. The neighborhood is quiet and the market is just a short distance away. I highly recommend it.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. In short, it's the perfect ambience and hostess. See you again when the weather warms up, Ms. Eda

Highlights: - Situated in a nice and quiet little alley - Clean house, modern interior nicely appointed and well equipped overall, even if a laundry rack is missing. - Friendly and flexible hospitality. Zeynep is very helpful. Least: - Attention for those who want to rent in the summer: we only saw air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor, not in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor under the roofs must be very hot - not inconvenient in April but maybe more in August. - Parking is not private but on the street 50m away. I had a hard time finding a spot one night, so maybe it's more difficult in the summer. - The city center of Ayvalik (the port) is a little far away on foot and the path is unpleasant (big road). 5 min by car. Likewise for the beaches that are far from Ayvalik.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

We had an amazing stay at Evrim's place. The house is easy to reach and provides all the privacy you need to take a break from the world outside. The terrace, living room, and bedroom offer magnificent views. If you want to socialize, you can visit the neighboring hotel, Simurg Inn, and benefit from all the amenities, like the pool, restaurant, and bar. Evrim was very responsive and friendly, giving us great recommendations about the area. I'd definitely visit this place again.

Our stay has been just blissful. Hosts are incredibly nice and responsive. He gave us v clear instructions ahead of our arrival and then a detailed list of recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants and amenities. The place was pristine, every detail has been taken care of. We had our own large garden l, which was perfect for our dog. We will definitely visit again!!!

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Our stay took place in a neat and clean place where it was shown in the photo. Cape Assos has a peaceful atmosphere and the working friends were friendly. As for those missing, we had a little difficulty in terms of transportation and there were very electricity cuts during our stay. Thanks to the Cape Assos team.

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. It was great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and enjoy the garden in the evening. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to get away from the city karamas and relax. The host was also very caring and welcoming. Thanks for everything..

Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

I had hesitations when I left, it was a city I went to for the first time, but I went well, the hosts , the house and communication were good . The house was quite enough for 4 people, it was a quiet and cool house, it was never overwhelmed in the evenings. 2.5 km to the sea, but there was no problem when there was a vehicle, it is exactly the resort town in the center of the sea during the day. We ate tomato cucumbers and plums from the garden. It was very nice, we even watched the fish, the water was clean:) It was a nice holiday, we will be there again next year

We were amazed by the Village of Rocks. The location of the house was great for a stay in the village. Steps away from the village square, Grocery store, courtyard 124, Ekmekçi Abla. Everything in the house was very clean, we had a very peaceful holiday. During our stay, Mr. Ozan and his mother were very interested. A very pleasant house that you can safely choose.

I would like to thank Mr. Seyit Mehmet and Ms. Ayşe for everything. I received a very quick response from the beginning of the reservation. We were very satisfied with the family from the house. It met all our needs. We had a very pleasant time with my daughter and a small breed dog. The house is very nice, within walking distance to the sea, the sea is very nice. There is a very nice neighborhood. There is a bazaar market near the house. During our stay, Ms. Ayşe was in constant contact. We were able to meet immediately when we had a question. We are planning to come back because we are very satisfied. I will recommend it in the vicinity.

Everything was great! Fantastic place just like in the photos, with privacy, very comfortable! It was so much better than we expected! The host was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions very quickly! We highly recommend it and will definitely prefer it again!

We settled in our home easily after the very quick and prompt confirmation process. The summer house had the usual first day cold in every area and in the house. However, thanks to the air conditioning in each room, we did not have a problem from the 2nd day. Thank you for staying in a tidy, spacious and tidy house.

I really like the vibe and the house. Since the place where the house is located is in the city, you can reach Tsamakia beach and the bazaar and the beach on foot. A very beautiful village located halfway up the mountain. You can directly see the sea. The villagers are very enthusiastic and will help us when we encounter problems. It is a very good place and worth coming back in the future😁😁😁😁
