Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house and surroundings are particularly suitable for families with children and hikers. Rural, scenic and quiet location, undisturbed plot with climbing trees, wild berries, rock formations and large lawn. Sandbox, soccer goals and a trampoline. Balcony with barbecue. Fireplace for open fire. Short walk to jetties, small beach and crab fishing. Two hiking trails pass the house, close to "Bohusleden", Bohuslän's best destination and several golf courses. Fast Wi-Fi. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks to borrow, small motorboat to rent.

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer as well as induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, umbrella, access to your own beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Welcome to Orrevik Farm on lovely Bokenäset. Located in the heart of Bohuslän with pristine surroundings including lush forests, a beautiful creek, cliffs and fields that borders the sea. Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easy accessible by car.

Newly built house (2019) of 44sqm with the possibility to live five people. The house is beautiful situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also the five minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and rocks in the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
