It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
