Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Simple accommodation with everything on the same floor. Light a fire in the stove if you feel like it. Walking distance to grocery store and bus station, about 10 minutes. Walking distance to the railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Driving distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoor activities) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness center in Svansele! Internet is available via fiber.

En mysig liten timmerstuga på 35 kvm, 150 meter från Skellefteåälven. Uteplats med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Grill mm. Stugan har el men saknar rinnande vatten. Vattendunkar ingår. Kyl/Frys, Spis & Micro finns. Elljusspår med fina promenadstråk just utanför dörren. Stugan ligger inbäddad i skogen med bara 1 mil till Skellefteå centrum. Utedass. Det finns ingen dusch. Lokalbussen går just utanför.
