Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kutaisi

It is a hidden gem tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It was a nice base point when getting to know Kutaisi. Very accessible and near the tourist areas as well as the groceries and restaurants. Everything was well thought of and we loved every detail that formed into one cohesive masterpiece. It was our home in Kutaisi, we felt relaxed because of the trees surrounding it with the birds singing at the backdrop. We couldn’t ask for anything more, every basic necessity was there. And hands down to Levani, he is an amazing host. We had the best Georgian welcome. Once again, “salamat” (thank you) and here’s to wishing you all the best from your Filipino friends.

Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay! Located right in the heart of the city center, it’s so convenient for exploring everything nearby. The neighborhood was lovely and very welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. The host was great at communicating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The house was spotless and well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It is clean and everything you need is provided. The toilet and bathroom are clean. The bedroom is comfortable with air conditioning and a fireplace in the winter. The garden is a private space surrounded by a fence so no other people or animals can get in.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

it was unforgettable! incredible view from the House and asho surrounding the reality of which is difficult to believe - every time wow! the housing itself is very comfortable: comfortable sleeping places, several dining areas, two of which are on the Street. we'll dream of coming back here again.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

Good day! I am grateful for the valuable quality - TRUST! Zurab and Feride are nice, helpful, attentive people who improved our trip to Georgia. It was most likely our bonus for the last days of relaxation, and exploring the history of Georgia. We came by tourists to visit, and left with relatives!!!! We are very excited about this welcoming family. We were allowed to check in early, because our plane arrived at 4 am. The host clarified whether everything suits us, if there were any wishes. They communicated with us sincerely, treated us with apples, wine. The room is clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, mirrors, nightstands. The room has a separate bathroom, towels, soap. There is a shared living room with fridge, kettle, tea. The place is quiet, beautiful. Close to Bagrati Temple. This is such a cozy place we were looking for. If you're looking for one, this is the place for sure. Thank you to the hosts!!! We take your hospitality to Belarus with love and kindness;)

It was an amazing experience! The territory is spacious, a good gazebo with light and a swing. The rooms are clean, everything is new and fresh. The hosts help with everything from opening the gate to roasting the meat. The house is new and bright. Came with a dog, everything went perfectly. We were satisfied!
