You live 5 min from the airport and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river running out into the sea here. Around the houses, you can discover shortages of various animals. Reindeer often comes by. Moose can come by a quick trip. Otherwise, otters and weights will run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rare dolphins swim. A superb place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it mirrors in the sea as well. When you want to visit Tromsø city center, you reach there in 10 minutes- and by the bus, about 300 meters to walk.

Unique apartment, right at the lake, in a cul-de-sac. High standard, with tiles in the hallway, bathroom and laundry room. Parquet everywhere else, living room/kitchen, bedroom and gym. Amazing view. Large apartment of 145 sqm. Rural but central. Close to airport, shopping mall and city center. Here you can sit inside the living room or on the balcony and enjoy the incredible view, and the northern lights. Perfect northern lights conditions since the home is closest to the sea, with no other houses or lights that are in the way.

Close to both mountains, ebb and beach Playgrounds, possibility for Top tours and ski/hiking trails nearby. Free parking with possibility of 2 cars. 10 min to the city centre, 25 min with bus, with good bus connections. Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Leiligheten ligger helt nede i strandkanten ved havet, 10 kilometer fra Lagnes flyplass, og 15 kilometer fra Tromsø sentrum. Her er det kort vei til både fjell og elv, så det er riktig og si at du er midt i nord-norsk natur. The apartment is located near by at the sea, 10 kilometers from Lagnes Airport and 15 kilometers from Tromsø city center. It is short distance to both mountains and river, so it's right to say that you are in the middle of northern Norwegian nature.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available.
