The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

MY DELUXE APARTMENT have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.
