Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten kilometres to central Malmö. Two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre with a large grocery store, gas station, shops and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The house is in the middle of Bokskogen, Torup, without neighbors but close to everything. Close to world-class golf, 5 minutes to Bokskogen Golf Club, 10 minutes to PGA National. 25 minutes to Malmö city and 8 minutes to all facilities in Svedala where you can also take the train to Copenhagen or Malmö. From the tranquility of the forest to the beaches of Höllviken and Falsterbo in 25 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest but where everything is within arm's reach.

Villa Rosenlund

House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly-renovated house with large social spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy patio with barbecue facilities and parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility. Smoking is not allowed.

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
