Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good bathing opportunities, rod fishing opportunities and a naust with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a big plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

For the more active, the area offers many fine hiking opportunities and other activities. The house is also a good starting point for nice excursions to Hardangerfjorden. For the little ones, there is also a private playroom with a climbing wall. The house is easily reached by car. It is also easy to reach the house by fast boat from Bergen/Rosendal.

The place is located 15 min. from Hodnanes ferry quay and approx. 35 min from Våge city center, by car.

It has 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 sleeping places and 2 bathrooms, the customised wheelchair user with adjustable washbasin and large shower corner.
