The price is for up to 4 people, 6000yen/person/night will be charged after four. Party and making loud sound are strictly prohibited. This 100-year-old traditional house called "Machiya" stands in a quiet residential area. The renovation work was carried out under the supervision of a "Machiya" expert, while preserving the culturally valuable foundations. Each room has an air conditioner and a heater, bathroom has a floor heating.

Kyoto no Oyado Yorisuke is a 5-minute walk from Keihan Kiyomizu-gojo Station, and is a private rental house.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Tabitabi Shinsen | Kyoto Machiya near Nijo Castle

[Tabitabi Shinsen] is a traditional two-storey machiya , which was built in the Taisho era with more than one hundred years history. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house.
