Apartment at Les Fermes d'Eugénie, a luxury building completed in November 2021. It is located in the resort of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, renowned for its family-friendly character as well as for its off-piste and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The building is 1500 m above sea level at the foot of the slopes (ski return in front of the building, snow front 200 m away). A 15-minute drive away are the resorts of Tignes/Val d'Isère, Les Arcs (via Villaroger) and La Rosière.

Inspired by traditional Savoyard chalets made of stone, wood and lauze roofing, but resolutely modern, Chalet Alma, with its southern exposure and entirely glazed façade, has a unique view of Mont-Pourri and its eternal snow at 3,779m.
