Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Kitchen equipped with oven, induction plate, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc. Free parking very close in the street At the foot of Vercors, 25 minutes from the TGV station in Valence, 50 minutes from Grenoble, 40 minutes from ski resorts, very touristy site: Thaïs cave 2 minutes on foot, lake with paddle boat, river water, hiking, bike path nearby.

We welcome you to our independent studio (25 m2). It is equipped with a kitchenette, a "cocooning" area with sofa bed, a space with double bed, a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and a private outdoor area. Quietly located, 10 min walk to the city center and the start of many hikes, the cottage is also 30 min to the Font d'Urle family ski area. Athletes, walkers, city dwellers, children, parents, seniors, French speakers or not, all are welcome!
