A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Single-level apartment of 46m2 located in an eco-district in the North East of Nantes. Quiet residence with secure parking. 15 min from the city center by tram. Close to Beaujoire, Clinique Jules Verne, several shops (super u, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy...) The apartment on the high ground floor, has a living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a terrace. For 1 or 2 people max. There is no TV. Screen + speakers available.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Apartment - Hyper Centre

My apartment is located in the heart of the city (40 m2) and the historic district of Nantes. It has a separate bedroom from the living room and the kitchen is open. Located in a dynamic area, it is however very quiet. Close proximity to all amenities (bakery, Monoprix, restaurants, shops, bar, grocery stores) but also the Castle, the Cathedral, the banks of the Erdre and all transport. You will have to live with Comète the cat, the mascot of the apartment 😻
