We stayed one night for a family party near the place to stay, the place was ideal. Clean, perfectly equipped especially for infants, comfortable and true to description. We had a lovely time at Eric's place. He and his wife are very welcoming and generous. The place is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for resting and discovering the banks of the Loire and Sologne. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent accommodation, equipped (coffee, tea, oil etc available) clean. Very quiet and recent residence. A little far from the city center and the only restaurant nearby was closed for construction.

Beautiful flat in perfect location near to everything. On the 8th floor, but traffic a little noisy in front bedroom! I would return !

We were staying one night and despite arriving late Valentin waited for us to give us the keys and even gave us room on the street to park . He was also flexible at check out time. It is a very cozy and very quiet house. 100% recommended

We stayed in this apartment with two kids for a week. The host was very responsive and was determined to help whenever we asked for. The parking in front of the apartment was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The location of the property suited us very well since we could visit to several attractions(from the city Orleans to as far as Oradour-sur-Glane) around the region. Overall, we have a very positive experience at the Janminh’s tidy apartment.

A great place to stay with the luxury of private parking. The convenience of the tram is excellent. 5 mins by tram into the city centre. The flat corresponds perfectly to the photos. It's quiet and bright and the lovely big balcony is a great bonus when the weather's nice.

Knowing the area, we chose Combleux for its calm and proximity to the Loire for soothing walks and a pleasant environment. The accommodation is very clean and totally matches the photos and description. Ngum is very responsive to messages. Our stay went well.
