Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Come and spend a pleasant stay in our comfortable house, close to all shops (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket...). Just 2 km from exit 37 of the A77, it's waiting for you! Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the bottom of the land completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with closet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Comfortable apartment completely renovated, ideally located in Saint-Satur, close to shops. Located on the first floor, above a cycle store offering sale, repair and rental of bicycles, access through a small courtyard. This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
